  1. Download the Apple Watch app from the App Store: HERE

  2. Make sure to grant all the permissions, such as workout, heart rate and location

  3. Click Start to start a recording

  4. At half time or any other break in play you can press the pause button and this will halt the recording of your location and heart rate

  5. If you are relying on the stopwatch on the app, when in the pause menu you have the option to reset the clock to 00:00 by pressing the blue button. This will not reset your location and heart rate logging.

  6. When the game is over, press the Stop button to end the logging.

  7. Back on website → In the My Account page → You will find your Ref-Vision App Key

  1. Input this key in App Key page on the watch

  2. Go to the page on the app where it lists all the files for the games you have recorded. Clicking the green tick will upload that file to your account.

  3. You can then head back to your account online → Go to the My Account page → Click Manage Uploads → Download the file you uploaded from your watch.

  4. Use this file to generate stats on the game. We have another guide showing you how to do this HERE
